The building in the picture is built in the style of socialist realism. This is one of several objects of the Municipal Cultural Centre. The property hosts a number of activities. There are dance groups, theater groups, music, ballet, vocal. The building also hosts regular events, including theater festivals.

It looks stark, but I suppose that's to be expected of the style. As long as the building is well used, that's what is important.
