Mural recently appeared on the wall of one of the blocks of flats. The founder of the mural are Sącz supporters club football (soccer).
Why in Poland venerated heroes in this way? Because Poland is such a strange country. The government does not want to remember the heroes. Therefore, ordinary people are trying to keep this memory.

A shame the government feels that way, but it's rather similar here with our federal government being very choosy in terms of who warrants honours.
